Shipping/Postage

• We post/ship worldwide.
• We process orders daily (Mon to Thu), and typically process orders within 1-4 business days of receipt of payment. Orders won’t be posted on Fridays however, as we are closed.
• All orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post from Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
• Australia Post pickup every business day and quote arrival for Standard domestic in 1-7 business days, and arrival for Express domestic in 1-4 business days. Delivery time for international orders can vary depending on the destination; from 4-6 days for nearby countries and up to 15 days for countries further away.
• Sendle (Courier/ Road Transport) pickup every business day, but at best will pickup the day after we have a parcel ready. From pickup date, they quote arrival for domestic orders in 1-14 business days. Within Australia, Sendle is a 100% road transport network, so generally the further from Brisbane, the longer delivery will take. The delivery time for international orders can vary depending on the destination; from 4-6 days for nearby countries and up to 15 days for countries further away.
• Tracking information is available via your order history or on the ‘Your order has been posted’ email. If you have placed an order and would like to query the expected arrival time, please get in touch.
• Good to know for international customers: If you are ordering from outside Australia, you may have to pay import duty or other fees when you receive your order. This depends on your countries import laws, we recommend a quick google search of your country and ‘import fees’ – eg, United States import fees.

Local Pick Up

Order collection hours:

Monday – Thursday:
7am – 4pm

• Local pick up is available from the Vector Etch studio, and can be selected when you check out by opting for ‘local pick up’ as the shipping method.
• We will email you when your order is ready to notify you that it is available for collection.
• You must have received a completed order email notification before arranging pick up.
• You can pick up anytime within our open hours (and do not need to arrange an appointment to do so).
• The pick up address is: Vector Etch, 241H 49 Station Road, Yeerongpilly, QLD 4105, Australia.
• Orders must be processed and marked completed online before they are able to be collected. When your order is ready, you will receive an email saying ‘Your order has been posted/ready for pickup’.
• Good to know: we do not have a shop front at our studio (sales are processed online only).
• Reminder: if you opt to visit the Vector Etch showroom to view our material samples, this is an option to VIEW only (i.e. we cannot process an order over the counter/on the spot).
